Patterns from the Sky

A bird’s eye view, beautifully achieved through aerial photography, is largely in demand these days. Photographer Michael Hitoshi has long been fascinated with this perspective and has evolved from capturing instantly identifiable objects like road junctions, parking lots and airports, to more unrecognizable abstract, yet constructed patterns. These images are especially inviting as they pull the viewer in to solve an optic puzzle.
